- The visitor's tax is not levied by persons who work in Baden-Baden and the surrounding area (50 km) as well as by participants in professional conventions, congresses, courses and courses for the duration as well as young people under 18 years.

Payment Modality / Cancellation:
40% deposit on booking / lease agreement
Balance payable 14 days before rental period. Tourist tax is paid on arrival.
In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
44 to 33 days prior to the agreed rental period 30%
32 to 22 days prior to the agreed rental period by 60%
21 to 12 days prior to the agreed rental period 80%
11 days before the start of the rental period up to 90%
